Friday was one of those January days in the Low Country that was fantastic. The temperature started out brisk with a full sun and little to no wind. Perfect conditions for golfing with friends and neighbors.

The Palmetto Dunes Hills course was in great shape. It also proved to be very challenging for most of the five foursomes. The scores reflect the day’s play. The pictures reflect the good time everyone had.

Take a peek at the pictures from the 19th hole at Kellys. You’ll see Bob Devenish receiving the updated “Harry Glass” tournament trophy which he’ll get to keep until the Fall 2023.

Six foursomes played Palmetto Dunes – Robert Trent Jones course on a bright sunny but chilly day. I think most of us averaged 3 to 4 layers to keep it comfortable and the wind was there to use as an excuse for the 1 or 2 errant balls played. All in all the course was in very good shape and the competition kept it lively.
